Description of the position and daily activities:
As an IT Monitoring Specialist, you will have the chance to take responsibility for monitoring critical IT infrastructure and systems. You will also work closely (as first level support) with IT Operations, IT Security, and IT Development teams to troubleshoot day-to-day issues, analyse, and resolve performance problems.
Execute routine tasks related to operational monitoring and maintenance of the systems in scope of responsibility.
You are a perfect fit for the position if you are:
• An analytical thinker.
• Willing to work in a fast-growing, multinational software company.
• Able to work on shifts.
• Studying or just graduated in IT or relevant discipline.
These are not mandatory but will be cool if:
• You have some application administration experience.
• Have basic knowledge about Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• You have heard of event and problem management processes (ITIL).
• You have any experience with monitoring practices, protocols, and systems.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• A relevant university degree is a plus, but not a must;
• Experience on similar position;
• Punctuality, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
