For our Plant in Plovdiv we are looking for:

HR Generalist

HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.
You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives;


• Execute and advise on HR related topics, policies, labor conditions, social law, including HR compliance consultancy and implementation of required procedures, preparing HR reports, tracking changes in the local legislature and market;


• Ensure high standard of HR service to employees, including assistance the cooperation with local payroll provider and social benefits vendors;


• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;


• Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and other workplace concerns;


• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;


• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates;


• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;


• Conduct exit interviews;


• Conduct employee onboarding;


• Ensure internal communication and notification;


• Ensure that attendance problems are identified and addressed;


• Ensure compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;


• 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist role;


• Experience in Hermes will be an advantage;


• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;


• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws;


• Profound knowledge in Bulgarian Labor Law;


• Fluent English;


• Advanced user of MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Word, Google Docs, any HR Admin system / HRIS;


• Excellent communication and people skills;


• Fast in troubleshooting and managing escalations;


• Solid organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
