Main Responsibilities:


  • A-Z management of the recruitment process;

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal customers (heads of departments & hiring managers) to understand their recruitment needs;

  • Creating a good candidate experience;

  • LinkedIn research and analysis of available candidates;

  • Active participation in Employer branding initiatives;

  • Super user for HR software and other talent and attraction tools; 

  • Support in the HR administration and global mobility cases;

  • Analyze data to support data driven decision making process for HR related activities;

  • Act as part of a truly global network of firms – cooperation with regional HR teams, valuable member of PwC recruiters network;

  • Active participation in various other HR projects both locally and regionally.


Requirements:


  • University degree

  • 2 + years of experience in Recruitment;

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English;

  • Very good computer literacy.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI would be considered an advantage;

  • Impeccable communications and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability and willingness to drive projects autonomously

  • Strong project management skills;

  • High attention to detail;

  • Proactive and self-drive in problem resolutions, as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday  tasks;

  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems would be considered an advantage;
