Join our young and growing team as HR and Recruitment Trainee. For our Sofia office, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and committed person to help us grow faster. You will work alongside the HR team and support the HR&Recruitment processes.


As a junior specialist in the HR department you’ll get a recruitment training and have a chance to gain hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally. Here, you'll apply your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment while discovering multiple industry sectors (Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Energy, Transportation, High-Tech, Life Science) and developing yourself.

Your Role:

• Advertising - assist in preparing job ads


• Provide support in recruitment process – scheduling interviews, working with a recruitment database, provide feedback to applicants;


• Being proactive and creative in applying various headhunting approaches


• Assist with HR documentation & social benefit programs;


• Attend job fairs, support the organization of company events;


• Staying up-to-date with modern technologies


• Participation in crucial HR projects

Our Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Economy, Psychology or similar;


• Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn;


• Previous experience in pre-selection/recruitment/sales would be considered a strong advantage;


• Quite familiar with the MS Office package;


• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines;


• Discrete and able to handle confidential information;


• Able to work within a team setting as well as independently, under minimal supervision;


• Fluent command of English;


• Good command of French or German would be considered as an advantage;
