We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated person with an international outlook to join our growing team for the position of
HR and Office Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing employees’ daily HR interactions/ template HR documents archive and employee internal communication;
- Supporting the administration of the HR issues such as labor contracts, annexes, employee statements, termination orders etc.;
- Ensure all documentation regarding paid /unpaid leave and sick-leave up-to-date and accurate;
- Supporting the recruitment process – contact with candidates, conducting interview, informing related parts, etc.;
- Composing and typing of routine correspondence;
- Assisting with creation/modification of spreadsheets, presentations and other various documents;
- Establishing and maintaining permanent files / company archives;
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, distributing mail.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, or related
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong experience in office management and administration
- Computer literacy/ MS Office;
- Excellent oral and written communication and multi-tasking skills
- Precision-oriented with a high attention to detail
- Out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to adapt to fast changing processes and requirements
