Global Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Global Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Team’s recruitment efforts. You will participate in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and provide administrative support to a global team of highly specialized Talent Acquisition Consultants and Managers.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Support, administer, and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Post job ads on career websites, job boards, social media platforms, university boards, and monitor their effectiveness

  • Coordinates all phases of the interview process, including scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates

  • Prepare recruitment statistics and reporting for the Recruitment Manager and Global Head of Talent Acquisition

  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires

  • Provide support for onboarding of new employees

  • Assist with the organization of events – Career fairs, Conferences and Employer Brand initiatives


What you’ll need:


  • Ability to prioritize

  • At least one year in a similar role within international environment

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in both written and oral English

  • Self-motivation and accountability for meeting your obligations
