For one of our clients – a globally present company dealing with business related services
and products. We are searching for capable, determined and skilled decision-makers for the
role of Expert Partner with German, Italian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing the interactions with customers via phone and email, and providing excellent
customer experience;
* Driving customer retention and revenue growth and striving towards achieving set sales goals;
* Providing accurate periodical sales forecasts, preforming check-ups and business needs
analysis and maintaining data and it’s timely recording and updating;
* Handling client related issues and guiding the process towards timely resolution, and keeping all parties involved up to date;
* Building and keeping strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers and striving
to share insights and acquire knowledge and improve practices;
* Create, implement and deliver training to sales team, striving towards creating great professionals;
* Collaborate with other teams and department and improving sales processes and systems;
* Potentially attending vendor events (only if needed).

Requirements:
* Fluency in German or Italian, and English language (both written and spoken);
* 2+ years of previous experience in a customer service or sales position;
* Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics is preferred);
* Familiarity with training others, any related experience is desired;
* Able to prioritize and maximize revenue by choosing the best course of action;
* Effective communicator, adaptable and bright, striving to provide great experience;
* Great time-management and multitasking skills and ability to work in a dynamic role;
* Problem-solving orientation and an active interest in learning and implementing new insights.
