We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
• Playing a leading role in the digital transformation of the business by introduction of best practices for IT services management and agile frameworks.
• Pro-actively communicating with external and internal stakeholders, incl. product owners, end user and vendors – both business and technical.
• Project execution in line with the strategic priorities of the company strictly following the project timelines and budgets.
• Analyzing and managing program issues, changes, and risks; monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards, incl. taking care of project documentation.
• Reporting regularly on project status with focus on opportunities and threats being pro-active in proposals of mitigation actions.
We are looking for someone who is:
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role, especially in international context.
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Good knowledge for project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Considers dynamics and dealing with ambiguity as interesting and challenging.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English
To be considered as an advantage:
- Experience in the area of insurance
- Knowledge and experience with INSIS or other insurance software
- Knowledge of the SAFe way of working, ITIL, or other related
