We are a student recruitment company. We assist British students with university admission to universities in English.
We are seeking to hire a Support Agent to assist the operations manager with all of the activities related to the recruitment, admission, document processing, and enrollment of students. After gaining experience within a few months, you'll be given more responsibility to take over the administrative operations in your sections. The role includes communicating with clients and partners via email and over the phone; administration of documents; and much more.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Ideally, you should:
have perfect attention to detail
be proactive and initiative
be a perfect multitasker
have excellent English skills
be confident and a go-getter
be experienced with Google products (Google search, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) and finding information for yourself via Google
be very good at using a computer
have excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
be very experienced with IT, emailing, and an excellent communicator
have experience dealing with institutions such as universities, ministries, embassies
have experience in a busy work environment
be a good team player
be intelligent and have a university degree
2+ years experience in any administrative role involving processing documents and attention to detail
