Customer & Administrative Expert

For an industrial company with large-scale production plant in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, working directly with clients in several continents, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional with previous experience in customer support, B2B sales, logistics or business communication related role and has strong English and German language skills, to work closely with the sales & management team, as:
Customer & Administrative Expert
This person will be assigned as part of a Management trainee program, to be trained, to observe best practices and work closely with the management, in order to be prepared for managerial roles in the company.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain good communication with existing and potential clients (in Europe and not only), take part in the organization and administration of the sales process, client orders processing and on-going projects
• Take active part in projects coordination and support all processes in the administrative and sales business functions and work with the ERP and other company systems.
• Lead communication with external patners and contractors, as transport companies or suppliers, by mail or phone, to reslove specific issues, when needed
• Provide support to the management team, prepare drafts, analyses, reports of data and other, and support the overall planning of the production, based on the client requests and priorities
• Propose ideas for optimization and improving of the sales and procurement processes, resolve client and logistics related issues, when possible
SKILLS AND PROFILE:
• University degree
• At least 3+ years of proven experience in acustomer service, client support, sales or logistics related role, preferably in direct communication with clients/suppliers from Europe or abroad
• Working knowledge of project coordination, business communication and documentation and experience with Excel, CRM system or other company software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and work according to company standards; responsible and trust-worthy person
• Self-initiative and hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent working knowledge of German language and very good English language skills
