Roles and responsibilities:



  • Coordinates all activities associated with portfolio management and client interactions, including definition of strategies and KPIs for monitoring of the process

  • Responsible for analysis, definition of business requirements associated with the implementation of CRM, including all necessary documentation associated with the implementation of strategies for CRM

  • Participates in the definition, monitoring and fulfillment of the annual marketing plan for new and upgraded products as per approved budget for each business line

  • Organizes and executes sales campaigns and initiatives to aid sales for specific client segments

  • Responsible for reporting to management with respect to reports related to the CRM usage and team performance

  • Responsible for partner relations within Retail Banking department with respect to customer management.




Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Required experience with CRM management

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with Customer management; marketing or banking experience is considered as an advantage;

  • Experience in Project management or team lead management

  • Fluency in English – advanced level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing or Information Technology and related fields;

  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Project planning and time management

  • Excellent computer skills (MS office)

  • Excellent communication and organizational/collaboration skills
