CRM Retail Manager

Ref.No RB/0729CRM Roles and responsibilities: - Coordinates all activities associated with portfolio management and client interactions, including definition of strategies and KPIs for monitoring of the process
- Responsible for analysis, definition of business requirements associated with the implementation of CRM, including all necessary documentation associated with the implementation of strategies for CRM
- Participates in the definition, monitoring and fulfillment of the annual marketing plan for new and upgraded products as per approved budget for each business line
- Organizes and executes sales campaigns and initiatives to aid sales for specific client segments
- Responsible for reporting to management with respect to reports related to the CRM usage and team performance
- Responsible for partner relations within Retail Banking department with respect to customer management.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Required experience with CRM management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with Customer management; marketing or banking experience is considered as an advantage;
- Experience in Project management or team lead management
- Fluency in English – advanced level
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing or Information Technology and related fields;
- Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Project planning and time management
- Excellent computer skills (MS office)
- Excellent communication and organizational/collaboration skills
