Credit Risk Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst and Systems Expert

Brief

Sofia Credit risk team is looking to expand its capabilities and further contribute to Group Credit risk function by appointing a Credit Risk- Business Intelligence and Systems Expert, responsible for designing, building, and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other automation solution to drive efficiency in the reporting / monitoring process.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for adoption of Self-service Power BI solution for Credit risk function. Collaboration with IT risk team during the implementation phase and on-going support
• Responsible for communicating business requirements and analysis to IT risk team and System vendor
• Development and deployment of credit risk operational reports, build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other solutions based on business needs (e.g. drive initiatives for automation - RPA, Power automates, etc.)
• Participation in different group-wide initiatives and projects for improvement in the data sourcing, quality and overall governance.
• Functional subject matter expert (SME) on Global Credit risk system (CRIS)
• Owner of CRIS backlog, review and validation of new functionalities, regular follow up on deliverables
• Driving improvements in the Credit risk reporting process to reduce the number of manual interventions
• Participate in Credit Risk reporting process to help on various operational topics to the rest of team.

Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in related professional area
• Experience developing and implementing reports in a data-reporting tool (Power BI preferred).
• Experience in the International Group is an advantage especially in Trade Business.
• Fluency in English language. Knowledge in another European language is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Power Query, Power BI or similar BI solutions, MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of database fundamentals
