For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Credit Control Analyst CH - Temporary cover.

Key responsibilities:

• Executing Credit Control activities in line with the Atos Credit Control policies;


• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment;


• Maintain good relationship with the external customers;


• Proactive contact with customers regarding invoices not yet due;


• Participation in collection forums and discussions with the Senior management;


• Issue reminders/statements of account/dunning letters to overdue accounts;


• Communicate with internal stakeholders (legal, account executives, finance management and others) on complex cases;


• Dealing with internal queries about incoming payments;


• Responsible for achieving the cash targets;


• Work daily with the company cash collection system, SAP, phone, Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance (University);


• Work Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a complex customer facing environment;


• Language Skills: English – C1 - will be the required language for all internal matters and customer contacts; German – any degree of expertise will be considered an advantage;


• SAP, MS Office (advanced excel skills), presentation skills


• Networking and communication skills with peers and Management;


• Customer orientation (internal / external);


• Analytical and reporting skills, eye for detail and capability for working under pressure;


• Positive person, who is motivated for work in an international and dynamic environment.
