We are looking for:




Corporate Trainer




You will:





  • Organize, improve and effectively delivering business trainings for the newcomers

  • Effectively deliver current trainings offered through Codix Onboarding Program

  • Coordinate the content, target groups and learning objectives with the relevant experts

  • Provide post training individual and team support by conducting necessary follow-up to ensure content retention, answer questions and address issues

  • Assist in development, and update the training materials (presentations, handbooks, tests etc.)

  • Manage training reports in an internal HR system




You have:





  • University degree in Finance or in Business related discipline

  • Business knowledge and skills

  • Analysis or QA testing experience in debt collection, banking, leasing, credits, risk management or Commercial finance. Practical experience is considered an advantage

  • Experience in delivering trainings

  • Fluent English

  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel), in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents
