Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate

KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice, part of the wider Deal Advisory team, provides valuation services helping companies from various industries to make informed value-adding decisions and meet regulatory requirements, and advises clients in M&A transactions, strategy and business development situations.
We invite people with a passion for financial analysis and valuation of assets and businesses who are committed to providing outstanding client service to explore this opportunity and join our team.
As part of the team, you will contribute to client engagements by performing market and valuation research, analyzing financial statements and performing in-depth analysis, provide forecast analysis and develop financial models. You will also offer support in go-to-market activities such as drafting proposals and industry and company research.

What will you do?


  • Work on cross-border projects across a wide range of industries and markets as part of a multidisciplinary team of finance professionals

  • Participate in analyzing businesses, valuing companies and assets, and developing financial models

  • Conduct in-depth company and industry research and analysis

  • Utilize industry and deal databases (such as S&P Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc.) and other data applications and proprietary tools


What are we looking for?


  • Up to 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: valuation, audit, financial planning and analysis, transaction advisory or other relevant experience

  • University degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics (or a last-year university student)

  • Reasonable understanding of financial analysis, valuation and accounting

  • Ability to connect business information with operational and accounting data

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail

  • Commitment to high quality and natural curiosity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
