As an HR Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and maintaining the personnel records within the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), you will be responsible for payroll data entry, as well as, supporting the global Operations team with the coordination and optimization of the global compensation and benefits processes.

As a member of the C&B department, you will join a team that is supporting and collaborating with all our offices around the world. You will be responsible for the HR Admin tasks for our operating entities in the UK, Australia, Spain, France and Singapore - in total around 380 employees.

You are detail oriented, comfortable developing relationships with relevant stakeholders. Also, you are not intimidated by numbers, and you are a team player that fundamentally believes we are stronger together. 

What you will do:


  • You will be responsible for the coordination and processing of compensation & benefits & HR administration. These tasks include:  

  • Organize, maintain and ensure accuracy of personnel records within the company HRIS system

  • Deal with basic and complex employee enquiries related to benefits and HR policies directly or referring to appropriate member of the People team 

  • Collate the payroll input data – salary changes, promotions, commission and bonuses, and work closely with the payroll accountants to process payroll before the set monthly deadlines 

  • Work closely with the C&B Accountant(s) to ensure the necessary benefits administration is completed by the employees 

  • Responsible for the employee onboarding/employment change/offboarding processes

  • Create and organize salary increases, promotions, maternity and other ad hoc letters and documentation  

  • Run regular basic reports from the HRIS system and distribute to the people team where necessary  Make amendments and reconcile employee holidays and other leave balances through our HRIS system 

  • Be the key contact towards employees to answer on queries pertaining to payroll, benefits and policies 

  • Assist in the update and maintenance of company policies and handbooks – particularly those affecting payroll and benefits 

  • Assist with continuous personnel analysis, with an emphasis on salary benchmarking and alignment and cost of benefits 

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendors 

  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects  

  • Participate in ad hoc C&B projects and cross-departmental projects



What you will have:


  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to your daily tasks  

  • Comfortable working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.  

  • Eager to work in a global team supporting the entire company 

  • A service-minded and problem-solving attitude to both small and big tasks  

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills  

  • Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in similar role or field of work
