Now, We are seeking a talented professional to be recruited on a full time position in our Global Database Team in Sofia.
The Role:
The Company Data Analyst is responsible for properly addressing feedbacks coming from clients regarding company and financial related information. He/she is expected to provide necessary support to sales and customer support, ensuring they are well equipped to serve our customers.
In delivering high-level pre and post-sales expertise, you will need to have intimate knowledge of the functionality, content and other aspects of EMIS products, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, attention to details and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and updating of the company database in the product(s) under your responsibility. Updating of company profiles according to the schedule based on the predefined criteria.
- Uploading, updating and quality control of financial statements. Create, maintain, manage and map standards in order to assure proper uploading of financial data and proper display on the user interface.
- Where applicable, creation of company profiles and manual collection of financial statements.
- Maintenance and development of existing company and industry databases, outside of the central database.
- Review proper classifications for company-related information like corporate actions, company announcements, etc.
- Selection, activation and review of industry profiles.
- Coordination with Content Editor for properly classifying content for newly activated industries.
- Regular checking of the Financial Markets page on EMIS, making sure information is up to date and accurate.
- Regular translation of any newly added terms under UI Translation Tool from EN into local language.
- Collaboration with regional or global product/development teams, sales and/or customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and migration to future EMIS products.
Qualifications:
- Good command of Turkish language in writing and reading
- Good command of English language in writing and reading
- Degree in Economics or Finance is considered as a plus as well as understanding of economic concepts and financial statement reporting formats
- Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is considered as a plus
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
- Rigorous attention to details
- Well informed, analytical thinking during problem-solving
- Able to do data mining and data analysis
- Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Independent and be able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
