Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) - Entry level

BCT-global is a CRO based in Sofia, partner of Global Clinical Trials (GCT), a full service CRO based in the USA and operating in the USA, Europe and Asia providing global coverage and local expertise for biotech, pharma and medical device companies since 2001.
We are looking for an entry level Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our team.
This is an office based CRA position for our office in Sofia.
Main Job responsibilities:
• Regulatory submissions for authorization of clinical trials.
• Pro-actively support the leading Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the administration and site monitoring for clinical trials, including support in the conduct of site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out activities.
• Pro-actively support to the local manager in all activities to adheres to clinical trials specifications and timelines.

Skills required include:
• Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
• No experience as a clinical trials assistant or monitor is required, but it is a strong advantage.
• University/college degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology or related to life science.
• Experience in life science research is not required, but is an advantage.
• Good time management skills
• Computer literacy is mandatory mainly in MS office.
• Driving license – the position might requires travel.
Training will be provided in on the job set up.
Possible advance to the position of Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
