With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Chat and Email specialist with Finnish.


Responsibilities:




  • Delivering a high level of customer service to players regarding their queries and inform them about promotions and tournaments on-site;

  • Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to company guidelines;

  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary;

  • Enable our players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ expectations;

  • Keep up to date with new information/policies;

  • Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries;

  • Collaborate with our CRM team;

  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary


Requirements:



  • Excellent level of Finnish & English;

  • Ability for flexible working hours- Mon-Sun;

  • Very good Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools);

  • Good technical troubleshooting skills;

  • Team Player with positive “can do” attitude;

  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment;

  • Previous experience as a Customer Services or Sales representative – a must;

  • Previous experience in the Gaming or CFDs industry– an advantage;

  • Experience in Sales domain – an advantage;

  • Results oriented (being Customer Support and/or Sales ones);

  • Ability to cope various tasks and on some occasions to react under pressure;

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed.
