Position Title: Business Operations Associate








The Business Operations Associate will carry out various tasks to ensure maximum revenue is returned from existing and new clients bases whilst adhering to strict compliance rules. The team works closely with the sales team helping with the internal processes and systems to allow them more time to focus on selling.




You are probably wondering what you'll be doing:




  • Liaise and maintain communication channels with Sales, Support, Finance and other commercial management teams regarding process improvements;

  • Handle queries sent into the business operations helpdesk;

  • Deliver training to sales teams on Experian “sales order to invoice” process;

  • Review and approve quotes/orders submitted by sales teams via the business operations helpdesk;

  • Generate requests for billing access in our internal billing system for new clients;

  • Issue and deliver license keys on relevant products to the Account Manager on client orders;


We look for you to bring:



  • 1-2 years previous experience on business/sales support role;

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Intermediate-level Excel skills;

  • Good communication skills; verbal and writing;

  • Organisational and collaboration skills;

  • Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities;

  • Good time management skills and a multi-tasker;

  • Excellent verbal and written English;

  • Experience with Salesforce will be considered an advantage;
