Business Development Representatives





Business Development is the foundation of our sales organization where new business opportunities come to life. Within the Business Development Representative (BDR) role, we support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Business Development Organization by generating quantity and quality of new business pipeline each year.



We are looking for someone to join us as a Business Development Representative in our Sofia or Burgas offices (or work remotely from any location). Who are we looking for?

Your role & responsibilities as a BDR:



  • Source, qualify, and build new business using multi-channel outbound methods of outreach in our target geos and industries, working closely with marketing, or attending tradeshows

  • Do market analysis to stay up to date with our target audience and industry trends

  • Work closely with our BizDev Execs to refine and come up with effective sales messaging and templates

  • Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams on the overall GTM strategy to ensure alignment across the customer pipeline as a whole

  • Support senior BizDev Execs in their prospecting efforts

  • Research and attend conferences to generate new leads and opportunities

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our value proposition, the market, the services that we provide, and our competitors

  • Utilize Salesforce and prospecting tools like – Outreach.io, Lead IQ, ZoomInfo, etc. to identify and communicate at scale with prospects

  • Achieve daily outbound target goals & KPIs, as set by sales leadership

  • Identify new channels for outbound outreach and develop them to help grow sales ready pipeline

  • Target regions – USA




What you needed to be successful in the role:



  • Fluency in English

  • Tenure in a Corporate B2B environment is an advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, prospecting tools, email marketing and social media

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sales-driven personality

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while keeping attention to detail

  • Commitment to excellence with showing a positive mindset

  • Creativity and Proactiveness to deliver catchy pitches over the phone to senior people from Fortune 2000 companies




What would be considered as an advantage?



  • Previous BDR or Sales experience in a B2B environment

  • IT Services or SaaS experience

  • Resilience, persistence and adaptability

  • Excellent negotiations skills

  • Commitment, determination, and self-motivation coupled with the ability to work in a team as well as individually.
