SP AUDIT ltd is a licensed intermediary for Bulgaria and abroad.
For our customer – growing manufacturing company in the area of Plovdiv, we are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven addition to the team:
Business Development Manager
Your tasks/responsibilities:
• Operates on the Balkans (Bulgaria, Romania etc)
• Scans market and identifies new opportunities to enter new markets and businesses or diversify delfort’s offer
• Leads the new business with full market responsibility
• Achieves and reviews sales goals for new business
• Plans and steers the new business’ sales budgets, forecasts and order intake
• Executes corrective actions on deviations
• Ensures the availability of proper product portfolio for new business
• Takes care of marketing and communication activities for new business
• Operates deployment of management tools like delfort’s CRM system incl. lead management (O2D process)
• Ensures effective presence in markets with new business potentials
• Active traveling and meetings with customers
Your skills:
• Degree in business management and /or engineering;
• Experience in printing & paper products is an advantage
• International experience
• Analytical skills and sensitivity to the clients
• Competent knowledge about sales and customer relation processes
• Communication skills, team leadership capability and ability to motivate teams
• High results orientation, stress tolerance to handle higher workloads, drives for decisions based on secured data for performance and results
• Well-structured way of thinking/working using of IT technology
• Open minded and team oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent English language skills, other language would be a plus
