Our customer is a leading international value-added IT security and networking regional distributor, established since 2004 with a proven success in delivering market growth for all represented vendors and reseller partners. Operating with a channel-only model, the portfolio of Netsafe Solutions covers security, networking, high performance wireless, storage and cloud security solutions.
In regards with the expansion of the business we are looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a Business Development Manager which position plays a key role in the company growth and expansion.
The Business Development Manager will represent the company in Bulgaria and will implement the company’s sales strategy for local markets. He/she will work closely with the management of the company in Romania to develop and implement the company’s business development strategy.
- Main responsibility of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to ensure resellers are managed as accounts, ensure they are enabled and motivated to increase their business.
- Maintaining and growing the existing relations with partners by providing them with the highest level of professional service on a daily basis
- Identify sales opportunities and business partnerships and grow the Company revenue for the Bulgarian market
- Engaged in business development activities to acquire new partners and resellers operating on the Bulgarian market
- Meeting and networking with partners regularly by participating at different industry conferences and visiting the resellers onsite
- BDM will be coaching, training, informing and regularly do business reviews with the Resellers’ organization as well as managing and communicating with the distributors
- Raise company market share (for the Bulgarian market)
- Deliver presentations
- Communicate on a regular basis all activities concerned with the management and Partners
- Keeping track record of marketing trends, competitors’ activities, consumer feedback etc.
- Raise company market share, awareness and keep the good image of the company
- Other business related tasks: exhibitions, presentations, webinars and other sales activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you need to meet the following key requirements:
- University degree
- Proven sales experience (3 years minimum) and background within hardware and IT security solutions
- Exposure to an international environment
- Preferred experience with working with distributors and resellers
- Ability to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor
- Independent, self-motivated person
- Client centric professional
- A positive attitude. Enjoy networking and meeting new people
- Fluent in English
- Strong IT skills
- Initiative and the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions
- Strong commercial skills and target orientation
