What will I be doing?
• Offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service
• Ensure that individual customers and Groups receive fast, efficient and friendly service
• Ensure the effective handling and storing of long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing Guests and clients
• Greet all guests in public areas and rooms in a warm manner
• Making car transfers from/to the airport
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, we expect you to:
• Be fluent in English and Bulgarian;
• Be proactive and communicative person with strong guest relation awareness;
• Be flexible to work on shifts including night;
• Be ready to learn and cope with various responsibilities;
• Have a clear driving license.
