To enhance our team in Varna office we are looking for:
Forwarding agent-goal of the position:
the organization of transports from & to France
Within this position you rapport to the team leader of your department. You work closely together with your fellow forwarder colleagues and a back-office employee who supports you with administrative tasks.
Your strength consists of using the available resources as efficient as possible, taking in account with a maximum service orientation towards our customers.
A selection of the range of tasks:
- Orders creation, Check actual dates,
- Maintaining good contact with agents, customers and colleagues with the purpose of developing a long-term cooperation
- The administrative handling of the files
- Follow-up mailbox
- Making bookings for loading/unloading
- Follow-up and administration of CMRs
- Assistance with budgets and invoices
You will have daily contacts with the front office in Belgium and the Netherlands, by telephone and mail.
Profile we are looking for …
We are looking for a candidate with computer skills. You will be working with Outlook, Excel, Word and a company based CMR/planning board tool. You have excellent communicative skills since you are constantly communication with internal colleagues, but also with clients. A very good knowledge of English is needed, French would be also useful. Knowledge of other foreign languages is of course an asset since you will be working in an international environment.

You will be working in a young, motivated and ambitious team where we try to find a good balance between work and fun. True an on-the-job training we can teach you everything you need to know about transport. You have also possibility to travel to Belgium/the Netherlands at regular basis.
