WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Administrative specialist
Primary responsibilities:
• Enter, maintain and store employees` database
• Compile and maintain the personal files of the employees
• Prepare labor contracts and supplementary agreements
• Prepare contract termination documents, calculation and entry of period of service
• Prepare all other documents related to the employment legal relations - official notes, certificates,
issue of employment record and retirement documents
• Prepare and provide written and verbal reports on personnel and all related to employment issues, at the request of the company's management
• Comply with the instructions and regulations for handling and storage of personal data
• Comply with all requirements stated from the Labor Code, the Health and Safety at Work Law, the
Regulation on Internal Labor Order and the individual contract, related to their activities
• Monitor the changes in the current labor legislation and apply their implementation
• Keep confidentiality on remuneration payments
• Monitor incoming invoices and their entry in the bank, monitor bank transfers
• Use technical resources and software products to support his/ her activities
• Issue invoices
• Support the training of new colleagues
• Maintain the documentation related to their immediate responsibilities in perfect, up-to-date and reliable condition
Requirements:
• Master or Bachelor's degree
• Over 3 years proof work experience on the same position
• Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents
• Fluent in English
Desired skills:
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good knowledge of the normative acts related to handling and storage of internal documentation, Personal Data Protection Act
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
