Once you join our team as Accounts Payable Accountant you will:




  • Booking and accruals of accounts payables, system postings

  • Receiving, verifying and bookings in SAP received/issued invoices. Fixed assets accounting.

  • Supporting Chief accountant in preparation of the monthly reports: profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement

  • Assisting Chief accountant in preparation of monthly VAT return;

  • Prepare supplier account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies between the companies and supplier’s books

  • Revision and booking of local and foreign travel expenses

  • Participation in NRA document enquiries

  • Works out proposal for payments in consideration with liquidity

  • Works out on proposal for development of the process, its continues improvement and re-evaluation of KPIs

  • Leads currency planning of 3 banks and 3 currencies

To be successful in the role you need:




  • At least 3 years job experience and/or experience beside the study with internships

  • University degree in economies, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or relevant job experience

  • Very good knowledge in MS Windows, Word, Excel; good SAP skills (FI/CO-module) is an advantage

  • Good communication skills towards management, vendors and customers

  • Team spirit

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
