Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for development and implementation of a competitive and unique service proposition for new and existing partners that meets the needs of the customers, including analyzing critical business drivers
• Manages relationships and opportunities within existing accounts
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned clients
• Regularly liaises with existing assigned clients to identify new business opportunities and ensures the successful partnership outcome
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company’s standards
Requirements:
• University Degree
• 2+ years of sales/account management experience
Personality:
• Strong negotiating and presentation skills
• Very organized professional. Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Skilled at building successful client relationships
• Persistent and effective in moving things forward with good business sense and can-do-attitude
• Self-starter, energetic and creative person
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• A positive attitude. Enjoy networking and meeting new people
• Organized and structured work approach
