Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to users including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with clients via phone calls, emails, web chat, or face-to-face interaction to provide step-by-step solutions related to our service.
• To swiftly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, communicate openly and effectively with end-users, coworkers, and management.
• To actively listen and gather information useful in providing recommendations and solutions to client business needs.
• Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Ensures that technical assignment is well understood by developers and designers in order to meet client needs and objectives.
• Collaborates with developers to explain areas of improvement and/or recommend modifications for customers’ online businesses.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the Sellavi platform works.
Technical Support Representative Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech curiosity with knowledge of Microsoft and IOS systems, the experience of CRM platforms is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate technical concerns to both technical and non-technical workers as well as customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a related field or corporate environment is preferred
• Previous customer support experience is preferred
• Knowledge in CSS is considered a plus
• A personality that thrives in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment;
• A hunger to always learn more and be continuously educated on leading global media platforms
• High-energy self-starter as well as a collaborative team player
• Ability to work under pressure
