On their behalf, we are looking for a First/Second Line Technical Support Analyst with German, French or Italian to join their dynamic team in Sofia.



Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with other resolver groups to identify solutions that foster first call resolution;

  • Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems;

  • Be proactive and anticipate issues or situations which impact critical services availability, recommend the necessary mitigation steps, escalate to management’s attention, where appropriate;

  • Responds to customer requests via various channels (voice, chat, self-service portal, email) in a prompt and professional manner;

  • To log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site;

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed;

  • Analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or to route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group;

  • Create tickets for Level 2 support;

  • Contribute to the knowledge base content;

  • Trigger communication toward other teams in the IT organization;

  • Exchange information between customers and tools.



Requirements: 



  • Fluent (B2 or above) command of German, French or Italian;

  • Very good written and spoken English language;

  • Understanding of Windows ОS (Windows 7, Windows 10);

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Apps – MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams;

  • Previous experience on similar role is not a must but will be considered an advantage, as well as interest in technology and IT.
