Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Sales agents;
- Monitors the effectiveness of the team's work;
- Taking part in the training of new hires;
- To create and implement strategies for the successful development of employees;
- Apply a wide range of methods and practices to achieve the sales volume target;
- To identify weekly training needs by analyzing work performance and delivering results for the whole department;
- High discipline on the team;
- Dress code;
- Listening Recordings and live calls;
- Reports directly to the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- The capacity of working with minimal supervision and as a part of the team
