The importance of your role: Our Finance Team is a key ingredient of our success in planning and carrying out strategic and operational processes in Bulgaria and Serbia. Due to the increase in the number and type of
intra-group transactions, as well as with the requirements of the legislation regarding transfer pricing within the group we are looking for a well versed professional to join our Finance Team and manage the intercompany transfer
pricing policies and practices. This role reports directly to Group CFO.




What will be your daily job:



  • Develop, maintain and justify the intercompany transfer pricing policies

  • Perform product and client profitability analysis

  • Collect and and analyze intragroup transactions data

  • Prepare, improve and update transfer pricing documentation

  • Implement internal rules for aligning the intragroup transaction in compliance with transfer pricing requirements

  • Support the Group CFO in all tax and transfer pricing matters

  • Collaborate with outside advisors and build relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Support the finance team with tax authority audits

  • Identify and assess potential tax risk and advise on mitigation solutions


What you need to have:



  • Minimum 1 year of Transfer Pricing experience in a relevant role is desired

  • Proven track record and expertise in tax services, advisory and compliance, transfer pricing, profitability analysis

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, economics, finance

  • Experience with multiple countries and subsidiaries and exposure to group corporate environment will add value

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

  • Expert user of MS Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Relationship management capacity

  • Good command of English

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize
