MyGlassStudio is a glass dinnerware and tableware design company, with a strong focus and experience in the 5* Hotel and Restaurant industry. We are searching to hire professionals for the sales department (brand MyGlassStudio, company The Glass Co). The position is in Sofia city center.
Almost all customers are from abroad and 99% of orders are exported. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage own sales accounts
Negotiate contracts and close orders
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and reach out to new customers
Prepare for the planned project meetings with the sales manager
Prepare reports after customer meetings
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Study and act upon the company's sales structure
Communicate with wholesale partners
Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Previous experience with sales or customer relations
Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Previous experience in HoReCa industry is a plus
Positive “can-do” attitude!
