The below role of a Relationship Manager / Key Account is related to recruitment process and building and managing relationships with IT Professionals from 27 EU countries. Your main stakeholder is the IT Professional and your role is to convince him/her to join a relevant project / permanent job with any of our 160+ Clients or European Institutions.
Job Responsibilities
You love dealing with stakeholders (IT Professionals), want to establish long term relationships with them. You are excited about being more of a Consultant / Advisor on relocation, taxes and helping IT Professionals to relocate to clients in Brussels, France, Italy etc. This is a very interactive role where relationship building and retention is the key. It is not like other Recruitment or sales roles where its a "hit and run" relationship. Next to that you will need to learn to convince, negotiate and coordinate with your stakeholders on day to day basis.
