Main objective of the position:
To support the overall process for selection, delivery, sale and display of goods in commercial outlets and the company's online store
Main responsibilities:
• Ensures the availability of goods from the specified product groups in the optimal quantity and assortment necessary for the full and efficient functioning of the commercial establishments.
• Monitors the turnover indicators of the assortment of the product groups entrusted to him and strives to maintain a high turnover of the goods.
• Gives reasoned proposals to the Commercial Director for removing a product from the assortment list or terminating work with certain suppliers and replacing them with others.
• Constantly supports the process for monitoring and analyzing the competitive environment.
• Takes care of the overall maintenance of the online portfolio of the assigned categories.
Search for new suppliers
Supports the process of selecting new suppliers of goods sought in the store and online network and those sought by customers related to the company's wholesale trade.
Trade process to existing suppliers, customers and goods
• Processes orders from suppliers and customers and monitors the fulfillment of requests and the delivery of goods on time.
• Sets prices, complying with the requirements of the company policy and the policy for the competitiveness of the goods on the market.
• Compares the prices of the same or similar goods present in the commercial establishments of the competitors and sends the analyzes to the Management.
• Monitors the sales of each group of goods entrusted to him and in case of a drop in the sale of the goods, together with the marketing department, proposes measures to reduce the stock of goods; offers revaluation goods, online sales mechanisms.
Basic requirements:
- Knowledge of purchasing policies processes, and procedures.
- Good command of written and spoken English
-Driver's license and ability to travel.
