For one of our clients, a growing international manufacturing company, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:
Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
- The Procurement manager heads Purchasing, Logistics and Customs functions and sits on the Management board;
- Responsible for executing the corporate strategy in relation to supplier selection and planned purchase order execution;
- Hiring, managing and developing the people reporting to him;
- Responsible for the ERP system parametrization;
- Manages the entire information flow between the company and the suppliers;
- Procurement manager participates in the creation of the annual budget and corporate strategy;
- Actively participates in the setting of corporate policies and processes that are part of the Total quality control system;
- Participates in the process of materials and stock optimization while being fully aware that his actions have a direct effect over the corporate cashflow;
- Gives ideas and suggestions for improvement of the overall supply chain process in the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience at similar position;
- Professional knowledge of English language is a must;
- Experience working with ERP System, MS Office;
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
- Proactiveness, ability to see issues and opportunities and to act in the best corporate interest- entrepreneurial type of person.
