Procurement Administrator
Are you passionate about procurement with solid experience gained within the Telecommunications industry (essential)? Have you experience of negotiating contracts, pricing and margin management with Carriers for voice and data services globally? Epsilon have a newly created role for someone with all of the above skills.
Reporting to the Carrier Relations Procurement Leader you will join a global team of around 7 procurement professionals. You will help drive successful pricing management and negotiation for Epsilon’s communication capability, supporting value for clients with a focus on voice and related connectivity services.
Epsilon is a global telecommunications service provider that is leveraging our global network and partner relationship to grow our high-quality voice services business.
Working with a range of global suppliers, this is an opportunity to own a positive and important contribution to the company, optimising our commercial relationship and ensuring good support for sales with competitive up to date pricing.
Accountabilities
· Establish new and develop existing relationships with Carriers and voice service partners in the international Telecommunications wholesale business
· Negotiate contracts with the relevant suppliers to maximise business potential with customers / prospects
· Support the voice business unit with regular reviews of the Least Cost Routing plan informed by ongoing supplier negotiations to improve our costs
· To ensure updates to cost pricing required in billing system are implemented in a timely manner to support accurate margin reporting
· Ensure timely, appropriate and structured escalation of matters that impact on customer satisfaction and related opportunity development
Skills and Knowledge
· Evidence of previous pricing and margin management in telecommunications
· Demonstrate skills in negotiating well with strong relationship building
· Worked with carriers and other partners for voice and data services
· Experience of working with global suppliers to deliver internationally
· Knowledge of maintaining voice rate cards for inbound and outbound services
