Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization (BSO) is looking for a proactive and multitasking professional, with strong communication and project management skills to join our team in Sofia!



YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure that all aspects of the office are in compliance with local legislation

  • Overseeing office projects

  • Ensure the building meets legal, Health & Safety (H&S), and security standards

  • Develop and instate necessary guidance & policies to ensure smooth facilitation of day-to-day office operations and ensure a positive experience for all employees

  • Provide support on Facility budget, preparation & management. Forecasting facility's upcoming needs

  • In line with Procurement Guidelines, conduct market sourcing and “best value vs. cost” analysis. Identify supplier, oversight of CMS & SAP vendor activation

  • Support with the implementation of H&S initiatives

  • Support with periodic Audit and ICC testing requirements

  • Support as the main point of contact for all office maintenance & repair topics

  • Support with the set-up of company events, initiatives & campaigns

  • Oversight and control of all office supplies with proper assessment and discretion

  • Maintain Car Matrix updated (in alignment with Procurement & Green Fleet requirements)




ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?



  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ideally in a multinational company

  • Self-driven & proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong project management skills

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal

  • Experienced SAP or ERP user

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
