For one of our clients, a growing international manufacturing company, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:
Manufacturing Site Manager
Responsibilities:
-Develops and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations, including:
-Ensures compliance and promotes a culture based on safety, operational excellence, innovative thinking and high quality customer service;
-Analyzes existing manufacturing processes to find opportunities for improvement, knows and uses lean methodology and tools;
- Monitors and manages internal logistics, incl. warehousing - from input of components to loading of products for export;
- Provides the process of Maintenance of Industrial Assets in accordance with CAPEX;
- Coaches and develops the leadership team and encourage a respectful and inclusive culture;
- Manages the technical / sample department as well as the activity of the process engineers;
- Develops short- and long-term strategies for the organization, regularly generates detailed update reports.

Requirements:
-Higher technical education;
-10-15 years of experience in a production environment;
-Fluent English;
-High level of computer literacy;
-Professional - a dynamic, proactive and responsible person.
