Your Position Responsibilities will include:



  • Investigating the regulations concerning transport and delivery;

  • Preparing and sending of requests/offers for goods, services;

  • Conducting negotiations with contractors, suppliers, negotiating financial, technical, commercial and contractual aspects of the engagement;

  • Coordinating the process of deliveries;

  • Compiling comparative tables for received offers and recommends suppliers;

  • Maintaining a database of contractors, suppliers, offers, sample at market prices and others;

  • Performing cost analysis and setting appropriate benchmarks;

  • Developing procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce the company's overall expenses while increasing productivity;

  • Managing every aspect of the supply chain and notifies the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency;

  • Reviewing products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.



Required Skills:



  • At least 2 years of experience on a similar position;

  • Must have a university degree;

  • Written and spoken English or Spanish;

  • Excellent negotiating and managerial skills;

  • Must be proficient in using MS Office.
