Upgrade your talent by:
- Managing a predefined set of accounts
- Actively communicating with B2B customers from the IT industry
- Working across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer
- Maintaining accurate customer master record including licenses, software, and service contract expiration dates
- Managing areas of focus to meet set targets and maintaining the existing customer base and revenue
- Performing e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives such as: customer follow ups, sales or vendor leads and potential orders
- Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle
- 1+ years of customer facing experience
- Strong knowledge in English, both written and verbal at B2/C1 level
- Understanding of IT/distribution industry is an advantage
- Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
