Job Duties and Responsibilities

·  Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
·  Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure all day-to-day activities of projects, timelines, and milestone are met
·  Collaborate with implementation, integrations, technology support, and governance teams impacting the project
·  Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
·  Responsible for project timeliness and budgets
·  Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
·  Make decisions based on information in a timely manner
·  Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review
·  Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives
·  Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate channels (Governance Board)
·  Responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks

 

Role Requirements

·  5+ years of project management experience in a commercial environment responsible for enterprise clients
·  experience with global payroll implementations in 5-10 countries
·  Project Management Certification (PMP)
·  Graduate or Postgraduate degree in business or technology field
·  Previous experience in project management - preferred experience in Payroll or Human Resources projects
·  Excellent knowledge of and experience with project methodologies such as agile and waterfall
·  Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects
·  Good understanding of system integration principle
·  Strong exposure to software and service delivery
·  Proven track required in world class customer service communications and service delivery
