Responsibilities:

• Working with copywriters and developers to deliver specific content;


• Impressing our visitors on every step of the customer’s funnel from ads to product content to sales pages and beyond;


• Improving results in every campaign from lead generation to customer loyalty;


• Creating, ensuring unique and compelling designs for each of the project;


• Ensuring that the advertorials look and feel both professional and compelling;


• Understanding the difference between UX and UI.

• You're empathetic: in order to inspire a person to act, you need to be able to see the world through their eyes and understand what motivates them;


• You know how to grab your reader's eyeballs: You know how to catch their attention with your designs, and drive them through the flow with a smooth, functional but direct user experience;


• You're thick-skinned: You don't have an ego that's easily bruised after a constructive critique;


• You’ve got experience: You’ve created sales funnels and understand visual flows. You understand the importance of A/B testing, KPIs and various mediums;


• You play well with others: You are able to work with other designers, project managers and front-end developers to create an efficient and effective design;


• You’re self-motivated: You never work a day in your life because you love what you do, and you get paid to do it!
