Cloud Operations Intern




Role Overview:


FADATA is expanding its business to become a Managed Service Provider, offering our insurance software as fully managed service on the public clouds. In this adventure, we are looking for talents supporting our cloud projects who will execute operational tasks on solutions we build for our customers.


Responsibilities:



  • Granting access to different components of the solution.

  • Collect debug logs from the system to support problem-solving.

  • Troubleshoot various issues around the solution and support developers in fixing bugs.

  • Perform standard changes such as trivial deployments, changing user settings and others.

  • Keep reported cases up-to-date and collaborate with involved parties for driving cases towards solutions.


What we are looking for:



  • Students in their 3rd or 4th year, studying Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, Networking, Automation or related.

  • Curious about how technologies operate.

  • Keen on troubleshooting various technical problems.

  • Own a basic knowledge of IP Networks. CCNA certification is considered a bonus.

  • Have some knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems administration and configuration.
