До 2008 г. фирмата е част от държавния холдинг “Булгартабак”. През месец юли 2008 г. е извършена приватизация, като практически фирмата става първото частно предприятие в България, производител на цигари.













KT international is a young and fast developing independent tobacco group with operations in over 50 countries and selling products across 4 continents.


In connection with our corporate growth strategy and expansion the company announces a position for a Brand Manager who is going to lead a broad range of strategic activities and develop the brand internationally.





Brand Manager





RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • Developing the global brand strategy to deliver sustainable growth, by creating relevant consumer value and strong international footprint;

  • Developing portfolio strategy and initiating product development to deliver the brand strategy;

  • Creating brand communication platforms in line with the established positioning and strategy;

  • Initiating efficient brand activation in a close collaboration with operational and trade marketing teams;

  • Understanding consumer insights, analyzing market data to identify local and global category trends. Evaluating market potential;

  • Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met;

  • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met;

  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.




PROFILE OF APPLICANTS:





  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification;

  • Excellent knowledge of English language is a must;

  • Previous working experience in Brand Management, preferably in a multinational FMCG company;

  • Experience in consumer and market research;

  • Analytics skills and pro-active approach towards work;

  • Strong presentation and communication skills;

  • MS Office;

  • Clear driving license.
