We are an International Business Processes Outsourcing Company, providing a wide range of business services to our clients. Most our clients are leading Travel Industry players, based in EU and other jurisdictions.
The position is planned as part of the team of our newly opening Sofia branch. The branch is established in Bulgaria with the objective to support operations of a major Online Travel Agency with headquarters in the EU.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Make bookings on Airline websites on behalf of Client’s customers.
- Execute check-ins on Airline websites on behalf of Client’s customers.
- Execute schedule changes on Airline websites on behalf of Client’s customers.
- Process surcharges / purchase of additional services on Airline websites on behalf of Client’s customers.
- Execute other travel related processes on behalf of Client’s customers.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting in line with the Company’s standards.
This would be the perfect role for you, if you:
- Have good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Drive)
- Have very good language skills in English language (B1 and above*)
- Can deal with numbers quickly and accurately (average and above**)

- Consider flexible work schedule, as an advantage. Weekday shifts start not earlier than 2 p.m. and longer shifts are on weekends and holidays. This position is a great opportunity for students to start career, while not missing classes
