CBRE GWS is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to work in one of its client sites for a Technology company. The role is temporary based, 6 months, with possibility of prolongation depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse shipping. Arranges furniture and equipment for the purpose of providing adequate preparations for special events. Delivers water gallons to dispensers. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Picks-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product.
• Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
• Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolves problems.
• Full material liability for the inventory stored in the warehouse.
• Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports, adjusting entries.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
• Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders.
• Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Assists in shipping and receiving of supplies and materials.
• Provides assistance to officials, staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary.
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment at beginning and end of shifts.
• Participates in building coverage by working evenings and Weekend rotation as required.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
• Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• English language at least intermediate level
• Maintenance experience, technical knowledge related to building repairs
• Attention to details, experience in filling in reporting documents and trackers
• Experience with building installations, HVAC systems, plumbing
• Willingness to work evenings and / or weekend rotation as required
• High school degree is compulsory
• Very good standards in communication at all levels
• Positive approach and attitude
• Team spirit, worker, interrelationship skills, good communication skills in reports and writing.
• Familiar with computer and software. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Qualified and physically able to use power tools, to work on the ladder, to transport, lift and carry weights, to use the required equipment and to drive a motor vehicle.
