Turn Round Coordinator - Sofia Airport Station

Main responsibilities:

Performing the necessary Ground handling activities, related to aircrafts servicing like:
• Collecting information about passengers, cargo, baggage and mail
• Preparation of all necessary equipment for performance of PUSH BACK/HEADSET procedure
• Preparation of the Ground service equipment and all PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Checking up the apron for FOD
• Meeting the crew with all the necessary documents (briefing)
• Arranging fueling of aircraft after preliminary agreement with the captain about the necessary fuel quantity that should be refueled
• Performing full control of the fueling of the aircraft
• Coordination and defining with the loadmaster the baggage by category and location according the loading instruction. Filling in the final data by the loadmaster and signing of the loading instruction
• Controlling the loading and boarding
• Controlling the positioning of the tow bar and push back truck to the aircraft
• Ad-hoc coordination of General Aviation flights

• Willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to work under pressure and adverse weather conditions
• Excellent knowledge of English Language –written and spoken
• Driving license – В category
• Similar professional experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage
