Description:
This role as part of the learning and development team works to enhance Immedis platform & process knowledge for the benefit of new-hires, existing staff and customers. The specialist will be involved in the design & delivery of training programs to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience for internal staff & external clients.
This role has working from home and working from office options, depending on business needs and individuals’ preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain training programmes for Immedis internal teams & external customers;
- Develop & maintain high quality training content such as presentations, assessments, videos etc.
- Plan & deliver training to new hires & existing Immedis staff;
- Maintain our training register of courses provided & attendance;
- With Immedis training management ensure all courses (in person & online) are run effectively;
- Attend meetings & demonstrations ensuring the training teams platform knowledge is current;
- Assist training manager with long term planning of certificate programmes & training services;
- Assist the management with updating reports, new hire administration & general admin.
Skill requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple projects to deadline;
- Professional & positive attitude;
- A passion for training and development of self and others;
- Ability to quickly understand processes and identify training needs;
- Ability to build & maintain relationships with immedis teams and customers;
Advantage but not required:
- Experience working in a multinational company;
- 2 or 3-years relevant experience in a training role;
- Experience with LMS administration;
- Video editing experience such as Camtasia studio;
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or Active Presenter.
