We are a well-established and successful production and trading group of companies. A leader in edible oil production and grain trade.
We are looking for:
Trade Department Administrator to coordinate some activities during the process of purchase and sell of goods and carry following documentation
Main responsibilities:
• Maintain and regularly update register of partners, suppliers and competitors;
• Assist Purchasing Manager, local traders and company’s departments during the process of domestic and international business
• Generate reports by campaign, stocks, partners etc.;
• Keep track of deadlines for execution, goods in stock, transport and logistics, purchase and sale deals
• Generate, track and keep up to date documents flow
Experience
• Similar experience is advantage;
Skills
• Effective communication skills - written and oral;
• Good aptitude for calculations, analysis, and excellent attention to detail;
• Basic understanding of Bulgarian and international trade and logistics
• Highly organized with logical thinking and self-motivated;
• Microsoft Office proficiency;
Languages
• English (minimum of B1-B2);
• Second language as an advantage;
Education
University degree in economics, mathematics, finances or applied sciences;
